Registration will close for all at midnight on April 20, 2022.
May 2 – May 29 >>> Classes will occur once or twice per week. Classes will last 45-60 minutes and may occur between 7:00pm-9:00pm Monday-Friday, 9:00am-11:00am Saturday, or 1:00pm-3:00pm Sunday. You may sign up for a specific time sequence during registration.
June 7 – Official transcripts for completions and partials are distributed to the scout, unit, and Council.
–> There is a $10 registration fee per class with a maximum of two classes per registered scout.
–> All assigned work should be submitted by May 29th. Work done before/after the VMBC must be approved by your unit NOT the VMBC.
–> Some Merit Badges, by necessity, can not be completed during the four weeks of the VMBC. These are usually badges that require an assigned activity to last for 30-60-90 days. Your MBC will brief you on these.
–> Be sure to get a copy of the Merit Badge Pamphlet for your reference during the VMBC.
15 Badges have been confirmed based on Merit Badge Counselor availability.
