WHAT IS GENTGEEN 101?
Gentgeen is the place to be for those who want to experience the AIA in our lodge. With a schedule full of sessions on ceremonies, dance, and crafts from expert instructors from within our lodge and beyond, there’s plenty for anyone with any level of knowledge to learn.
CEREMONY TEAM TRAINING
One of the first things new Arrowmen get to experience in the OA is a ceremony. Come be a part of a team of fellow Arrowmen and learn from experienced knowledgable ceremonialist.
DANCING AND DRUMMING
Dancing is a great way to get involved with the lodge! You will learn from the best of the best in our lodge on the ways of Native American dance styles. New Arrowmen are welcome to sit at the drum and learn to sing the songs with Bill Morris, the lodge’s singing advisor.
GETTING STARTED!
If you are new to the AIA scene, this is the perfect start to get started! We will be having sewing machines and craft sessions ready to go and you can make your very own outfit for dance or ceremony.
Camping is available on Friday night of that weekend.
