Carolina Commissioner College

The 2026 Carolina Commissioner’s College will be jointly hosted by the Occoneechee, Tuscarora and Cape Fear Councils, BSA.

Commissioner College is a day of Supplemental training that is designed to enhance the basic skills needed for Commissioner Service. Commissioner College is set up just like a traditional college where you can earn a degree in Commissioner Science starting with Bachelors and continuing with Masters, and Doctorate degrees.

Who should attend?
You! ALL Unit Leaders, Commissioners, or anyone who is interested in being a friend and resource to Troops, Packs, and Crews. You do not need to be a Commissioner.
