2023 Fall Camporee Planning Meeting @ Westminster Presbyterian Church
Yes! It is that time again. Camporee planning!!! We know we just finished the spring camporee but it’s time to start planning for FALL DISTRICT CAMPOREE. First planning meeting details below.

Who: Anyone who would like to be apart of this can come. If you were at spring camporee and you saw how we ran it and how cool it was to lead than you should come to this meeting.

What: We will start the early details of planning such as activities, and patch design!

When: July 1st from 2-4pm

Where: Westminster Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall, 3639 Old Chapel Hill Rd, Durham, NC 27707

Why: Camporee is in October but it is really good to start planning for an event this big earlier. We want to make sure everyone attending has the most fun possible. If you are leadership you can make this happen and it will be super fun. Making patches is the best and we can make it as fun as we want. You also get a Walkie-Talkie!!!!
